Frequently asked questions
How is the price calculated?
Published routes have fixed prices per vehicle. Custom trips are priced from the driving distance (via Google Maps), time on the road, vehicle size and travel date. The price you see is the price you book.
What is included?
The vehicle and a professional driver for your quoted itinerary. Parking, attraction tickets, ferry fares and driver accommodation are not included unless confirmed.
How do I pay?
Pay a 20% deposit (minimum A$150) online by card through Stripe to confirm. The balance is due 7 days before travel.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. One free date change is available 14+ days before travel. Refunds or travel credit depend on how far ahead you cancel; see our cancellation policy.
How big are the vehicles?
From 11-seat executive minibuses and 24-seat midi coaches to 53-seat full-size coaches, with luggage space for airport and golf groups.
