Terms and Conditions
Submitting a booking request confirms that the customer has reviewed the quote, cancellation policy and charter agreement highlights. A booking is subject to vehicle, driver and operational availability until confirmed by Aumay Travel.
Quotes
Indicative quotes are based on the itinerary, date, vehicle type, passenger count and information supplied by the customer. Material changes may require a revised quote.
Deposits and payment
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The balance is due according to the payment terms shown at booking or supplied by operations. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What is included
Charter prices include the vehicle and driver for the quoted itinerary. Parking, attraction tickets, ferry fares and driver accommodation are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for accurate pickup details, contact details, luggage requirements, accessibility needs and itinerary timing.
Operational changes
Aumay Travel may make reasonable operational adjustments for safety, weather, road closures, driver-hour limits or supplier constraints.
Consumer law
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
