Booking terms for golf groups
Golf trips are often planned months ahead, and plans can shift as players drop in and out. Our booking terms are designed to be clear:
- A 20% deposit (minimum A$150), paid online by card via Stripe, confirms the transfer. The balance is due 7 days before travel.
- One free date or time change when requested 14 or more days before travel, subject to availability.
- Cancellation 30 or more days out: full refund less non-recoverable third-party costs. 14 to 29 days: 80% refund or 100% travel credit. 7 to 13 days: 50% refund or 75% credit. 48 hours to 6 days: 25% refund or 50% credit. Under 48 hours: no refund.
