Aumay Travel collects the information needed to quote, book and operate private charter services, including customer contact details, itinerary details, passenger counts, payment status and customer service notes.
How information is used
Information is used to prepare quotes, confirm bookings, assign vehicles, process deposits, send operational messages and respond to customer requests.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Aumay Travel does not see or store your full card number.
Service providers
We may use payment, email, SMS, mapping, hosting and operations providers to deliver the service. These providers receive only the information needed for their role.
Retention and access
Booking and payment records are retained for operational, tax, accounting and legal purposes. Customers may contact Aumay Travel to request access or correction.
